Training For Accountants

Training

We deliver high quality, nontechnical, management and leadership training. We recognise that different modes of training will be appropriate for different circumstances. As a result, we offer four modes of delivery, tailored to the circumstances of each client:

  1. Face to face, typically in groups of between 6 and 20 people
  2. Facilitated online, typically in groups of between 4 and 16 people
  3. A blend of face to face and facilitated online
  4. Self paced, online delivered through our learning management platform

What to expect

All our training content is built by Rob Pillans, drawing on his depth and breadth of experience, his Master of Business Coaching degree and ongoing research on management, leadership and other non-technical topics. This is underpinned by three core beliefs about training, or learning and development, as we think of it:

  • We believe in learning for life and the value that continuous learning adds.
  • We believe any learning and development activities must be engaging, relevant and readily applied in practice.
  • We believe that as a person becomes more senior in a firm the mix of learning and development activities typically evolves to have a greater emphasis on management and leadership skills.
