We take reasonable steps to ensure that the personal data we hold is protected from loss, misuse and unauthorised access.
Your personal information may be stored in our email, CRM and file storage systems which have data stored in countries outside of Australia, including the USA. If this is an issue for you, please speak with us and we will consider if any alternative arrangements can be made. If they cannot, it may not be possible for us to provide services to you. At the date of this policy the systems referred to are provided by Microsoft, Dropbox and Pipedrive, all leading providers of such services.
We have passwords on all our applications and our website employs SSL technology.
Access to your personal information
Subject to any exclusions in the Privacy Act, if you’ve provided us with personal information you have a right to request to access it or correct it. Such requests can be made by telephoning or emailing us using the Contact Us details provided on our website.
We will respond as we are reasonably able to. To help us respond to you please include as much detail as possible about the information you want to access and, if applicable, how you’d like to access the information.
Questions, concerns or complaints

We will try to deal with you request as quickly as possible and in any event within 10 days of your request. We’ll let you know the response to your request, including, if applicable, how we will resolve your complaint.

Opting out of marketing and promotions
You may instruct us to remove any previous consent you gave to receive marketing communications from us. Our emails contain clear and obvious instructions describing how you can choose to be removed from any mailing list. Alternatively, you can contact us directly with your request.
