Rob can help you build your advisory board and act as its chair or a member. He can also chair your partner/director meetings or attend as a “wise head”. For smaller firms Rob can be your one person advisory board.

What to expect

Meeting can be face to face or via video or a combination of the two within a cycle.
Your investment is an agreed fixed monthly (or other regularity) fee for agreed scope and any agreed travel.
