On day two each participant will be applying these skills to deliver a prepared 5 minute presentation to the group. \nWrap up: Summary of the first two half days\, identification of three key actions by each participant. \n			\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				Half Day 3\nModule 5: Managing jobs – to keep the business engine running smoothly – get jobs completed on time\, on budget and promptly billed and collected. \nModule 7: Communicating and working effectively with others. Each participant will complete a DiSC profile assessment which will be discussed during the module delivery. \nNote: Module 6 Applying presentation skills is done separately for the online version of the program. Each participant will be asked to prepare and deliver a five minute presentation which they record and then Rob will provide feedback on it after viewing the recording. \n			\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				Half Day 4\nModule 8: Client service and relationship management. Includes how to become a trusted advisor and add some wow for your clients. \nModule 9: Business development / marketing – what managers can do.
